Step 1: Groove 1. Diamond coated bars prepare the cutting edge for sharpening.

Step 2: Slot 2. Tungsten Carbide Plates, coarse sharpening.

Step 3: Slot 3. Ceramic bars, fine sharpening.
Instructions for use:
Place the sharpener on a smooth surface and secure it to it with the suction cup, turning the ring to create a vacuum as shown in the image. It remains firmly attached.
- Step 1: Slide the knife along the diamond bars using light pressure to smooth out any nicks on the edge.
- Step 2: Only if the knife is very dull, slide it gently between the metal plates and repeat the operation until the knife regains its sharpness.
- Step 3: Glide the knife loosely across the ceramic bars to remove the burrs from step 2. Repeat until the edge is set.
